- 95% UV blockage reduces fading of fabrics, wall finishes, and carpets.
- Reduces the amount of heat you can feel through the window in the summer.
- Reduces the amount of energy required to cool your sunroom.
All foam, no-metal Super Spacer
This superior spacer is what separates the 2 pieces of glass in the windows. Read all about this great spacer system on Edgetech's web site.
NFRC Ratings
The 300 series vinyl window used in the 3500V meets or
exceeds the energy requirements set in the
2009 economic stimulus package. This new standard raises the bar for energy efficient windows with a maximum u-value of .30 combined with a maximum SHGC of .30. ALUMINUM WINDOWS HAVE A DIFFICULT TIME REACHING THESE LIMITS. Make sure your sun room has windows that meet or exceed this criteria.

U-Factor measures how well a product prevents heat from
escaping. The lower the u-value, the better.
Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) measures how well
a product blocks heat caused by sunlight. The lower the
SHGC, the less solar heat transmits and reduces fading.
